Metodoloji
1. Genel puan nedir?
Her teknik direktörün genel puanı 1 ile 99 arasındadır. Beş bileşenin ortalamasıdır: hücum performansı, savunma performansı, büyük maç performansı, genç futbolcu kullanımı ve oyuncu değişikliği. Bir bileşen için yeterli veri yoksa o bileşen ortalamaya katılmaz.
2. Bileşenler
- Hücum performansı: maç başına şut, isabetli şut, ceza sahası içi şut, korner ve topla oynama.
- Savunma performansı: rakibin maç başına şut, isabetli şut, ceza sahası içi şut ve korner sayısı ile yenilen gol. Rakip ne kadar az üretirse puan o kadar yüksek.
- Büyük maç performansı: ligin ilk 5 sırasındaki takımlara karşı maç başına puan. Bu bileşen için kariyerde en az 8, sezonda en az 3 böyle maç gerekir.
- Genç futbolcu kullanımı: 23 yaş altı oyuncuların oynadığı dakika payı, hocanın döneminde ilk maçına çıkan oyuncu oranı ve gelişim gösteren (dakikası belirgin artan) oyuncu oranı.
- Oyuncu değişikliği: oyuncu değişikliklerinin maça etkisi.
3. Yüzdelik sıralama
Her ölçüt, puan almaya yeterli maçı olan tüm teknik direktörlerle karşılaştırılır ve yüzdelik sıraya çevrilir (en iyi 99, en zayıf 1). Bir bileşen, kendi ölçütlerinin ortalamasıdır. Yani puan mutlak değil, diğer hocalara göre bir konumdur.
4. Kaç maç gerekir?
- Kariyer puanı: en az 30 maç.
- Sezon puanı: en son sezonda en az 5 maç.
Az maçla kesin bir sonuca varılamayacağı için bu sınırların altındaki hocalara puan verilmez. Puan tablosunda yeterli maçı olmayanlar ayrı bölümde, "yetersiz maç" başlığıyla gösterilir.
5. Maç sayısı ve lig gücü düzeltmesi
Ham puan, 50'ye doğru çekilir. Çekilme oranı, hocanın maç sayısı arttıkça azalır; ayrıca oynadığı liglerin gücüne göre değişir. Böylece az maçlık parlak bir seri, uzun yıllar boyunca tutarlı olan bir hocanın önüne geçmez ve daha güçlü liglerde alınan sonuçlar daha çok ağırlık taşır.
6. Sıralama
Hoca sayfasındaki sıra, genel puana göre tüm hocalar arasındaki ve Türk hocalar arasındaki yerdir. Turnuva ve ana sayfadaki "teknik direktör puan tablosu" ise ayrıdır: maç başına puana göre sıralar, eşitlikte averaj, sonra atılan gol belirler. Bu tabloda en az 5 maç aranır.
7. Haftanın teknik direktörü
Son sezonda, en son oynanan maçtan geriye doğru 6 gün içindeki maçlar için hücum ve savunma bileşenlerinin ortalaması alınır. Sayılan maçların tamamında gerekli istatistikler bulunmuyorsa o hoca değerlendirilmez.
8. xG ve diğer istatistikler
Beklenen gol (xG) yalnızca sağlayıcının xG verdiği turnuvalarda gösterilir. Bu ölçü ayrı bir bilgidir, genel puana doğrudan girmez.
9. Veri ve güncelleme
Maç, takım ve teknik direktör bilgileri lisanslı bir spor verisi sağlayıcısından (API-Sports) alınır. Puan durumu ve gol/asist tabloları saatlik, maç verileri ve puanlar yaklaşık iki saatte bir güncellenir. Teknik direktör fotoğrafları haftada bir kontrol edilir. Fotoğrafı olmayanlarda standart bir avatar gösterilir.
10. Sınırlar
- Bazı yeni maçlarda teknik direktör bilgisi henüz yoktur. Bu maçlar veri geldikçe tamamlanır.
- Geçici (vekil) hocalar ayrı işaretlenir.
- Puan bir taktik değerlendirmesi değil, ölçülebilir maç verisine dayanan bir göstergedir. Yalnızca nesnel ölçütler kullanılır.

Methodology
1. What is the overall score?
Each head coach gets an overall score from 1 to 99: the average of five components, attack performance, defence performance, big-match performance, youth usage and substitutions. If a component lacks enough data, it is left out of the average.
2. Components
- Attack performance: shots, shots on target, shots inside the box, corners and possession per match.
- Defence performance: opponents' shots, shots on target, shots inside the box and corners per match, plus goals conceded. The less the opponent produces, the higher the score.
- Big-match performance: points per match against teams in the league's top five. Needs at least 8 such matches for a career score, 3 for a season score.
- Youth usage: share of minutes played by under-23 players, share of players who debuted under the coach, and share of players whose minutes clearly increased.
- Substitutions: the effect of substitutions on the match.
3. Percentile ranks
Every measure is compared with all coaches that have enough matches and turned into a percentile rank (best 99, weakest 1). A component is the average of its own measures. The score is therefore a position relative to other coaches, not an absolute value.
4. How many matches are needed?
- Career score: at least 30 matches.
- Season score: at least 5 matches in the latest season.
Coaches below these thresholds get no score. In coach tables they appear in a separate "insufficient matches" section.
5. Match count and league strength
The raw score is pulled toward 50. The pull weakens as the number of matches grows and depends on the strength of the leagues the coach worked in. A short hot streak does not beat years of consistency, and results in stronger leagues carry more weight.
6. Rankings
The rank on a coach page is the position by overall score among all coaches and among Turkish coaches. The "head coach table" on the home and tournament pages is separate: it sorts by points per match, then goal difference, then goals scored, and requires at least 5 matches.
7. Coach of the week
For the latest season, attack and defence are averaged over matches in the 6 days before the most recent match. A coach is skipped if the required statistics are missing for any of those matches.
8. xG and other statistics
Expected goals (xG) is shown only for tournaments where the provider supplies it. It is shown for information and does not enter the overall score directly.
9. Data and updates
Match, team and coach data come from a licensed sports data provider (API-Sports). Standings and top scorer tables update hourly; match data and scores about every two hours. Coach photos are checked weekly; coaches without a photo get a standard avatar.
10. Limits
- Some recent matches do not have coach information yet; they are completed as data arrives.
- Interim coaches are marked separately.
- The score is an indicator based on measurable match data, not a tactical judgement. Only objective criteria are used.
